Hi Systems portable axle scales are crafted from lightweight aluminum alloy, making them ideal for weighing axle loads of various vehicles such as trucks, tractors, airplanes, and trains. The scales are not only portable but also exceptionally durable and easy to transport.
Engineered with precision, these scales incorporate specially designed load cells that optimize compactness and enhance accuracy. The built-in rubber ramps facilitate easy access for vehicles, with a minimal height of only 38 mm, ensuring quick and efficient operations.
Standard platform dimensions are maintained at 500x700x38 mm, accommodating a wide range of vehicle sizes.
Both wired and wireless indicator options are available, providing flexibility in data transmission. The scales achieve remarkable precision with a 1/3000 division accuracy.
Equipped with a weighing indicator that connects wirelessly and comes with a special carrying bag, these axle scales display individual and total axle weights clearly on the screen. The system also includes a thermal printer that outputs weights, total weights, dates, and times for comprehensive tracking.
The addition of a carrying handle enhances the scale's mobility, allowing for effortless relocation and setup wherever needed, emphasizing its utility and ease of use.
