Load Cell Cable

Cable

Our extensive selection includes both 4-wire and 6-wire load cell cables, tailored for standard operations, harsh environments, and hazardous areas.

Standard Load Cell Cable: Features multi-core, shielded configurations withstanding high temperatures ranging from 150°C to 200°C. These cables are ideal for flexible applications requiring durability, including PVC insulated variants designed to operate effectively within a temperature range of 80°C to above 200°C, and even up to 500°C under certain conditions. They support rated voltages from 30V to 600V and meet international standards such as UL, CSA, IEC, and GB.

Explosion-proof Load Cell Cable: Designed for maximum safety in explosive environments, these cables handle rated voltages up to 600V, with advanced versions accommodating up to 10KV. Constructed from high-quality materials including bare, tinned, silver-coated, and nickel-coated copper wires, these cables feature silicone rubber insulation and are sheathed in fiberglass braid coated with silicone resin, ensuring exceptional resistance to high temperatures up to 500°C.

Armored Load Cell Cable: This robust cable type features PVC insulation, steel belt armor, and a PVC sheath, making it suitable for indoor, tunnel, and mining applications. Compliant with IEC60502 and IEC60331 standards, these cables are especially useful in transformer circuits rated up to 6000V, providing reliable performance and safety in physically demanding conditions.
